Daniel Yibirin is a graduate of Florida State University and of the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the American Bar Association (ABA).
Mr. Yibirin is a native of Colombia whose family immigrated to the United States. His personal experience as an immigrant cultivated a true appreciation and compassion for others seeking to legalize their status and obtain United States citizenship. Mr. Yibirin understands the complexities associated with immigration procedures, and applies his knowledge and background to competently assist those who wish to build a life in this country.

Mr. Bernardo Yibirin is a graduate of the University of Florida. He has vast experience in marketing and management. Bernardo serves as the office manager/administrator for Yibirin Law Group.

Bernardo is a native of Colombia, resided for many years in Venezuela, and comes from a family of Lebanese heritage. Mr. Carlos Sanchez is an attorney licensed in Colombia. He graduated from law school in Universidad Catolica in Bogota, Colombia and then attended the Universidad del Rosario where he specialized in commercial, contract, and corporate matters. In Colombia, Carlos worked as an attorney for Banco Superior and for Colsubsidio.
In 2006, Mr. Sanchez immigrated to the United States. Through his own personal experience, he became interested in immigration law. He graduated from the Florida Paralegal Institute and is well-versed in assisting with the preparation of all types of employment and family petitions.
Carlos is a unique asset to the team as a paralegal and provides a wealth of knowledge and experience.
